Refund policy

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use our withdrawal form for this purpose.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you without undue delay and at the latest within 30 days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged fees for this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return the goods without delay, and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of 30 days has expired. On our returns page you will find the respective links for the return labels. We reserve the right to adjust this regulation regarding return costs at any time.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this diminished value is due to handling of the goods beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
