Returns
Use our returns portal for returns from: 
Germany, Austria, France, Belgium, Netherlands, Sweden, Denmark, Luxembourg.
For returns from Switzerland, a return slip is already included.
You can return your goods to us within 30 days. 
(For deliveries via freight forwarding, we do not offer free returns.)
How it works:

Returns Portal
Here you can register your return and receive a DHL label for shipping and a return slip. Please indicate in the returns portal how many parcels your return includes so that we can send you the correct number of DHL labels. You can either print the DHL labels and attach them to the parcels, or use the QR code.

Pack the items
Pack the items you want to return to us. Fill out the return slip and include it in the parcel.

find a DHL Shop
Take your parcel to a DHL shop of your choice.

Refund
As soon as your parcel has arrived, we will check the goods and refund the purchase amount. This may take a few days.

FAQs -Returns
Our standard return period is 30 days. 
For deliveries by freight forwarding, the return period is also 30 days. Please note, however, that you can arrange the return with a provider of your choice or ask us for assistance. We do not cover the costs for returns by freight forwarding. If you have any questions, please contact our Customer Care Team at hello@badesofa.de.

For deliveries via DHL/DHL Express, we offer free returns for the following countries: Germany, Austria, France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Sweden, and Denmark. 
If you request a return through our returns portal, you will receive a prepaid return label. 
For orders from Switzerland, a prepaid return label is included.
If we do not cover the return costs for your country, please send your goods back to our logistics partner:

For returns of freight deliveries, please contact our Customer Care Team at hello@badesofa.de. We do not offer free returns in this case, but we will be happy to assist you in arranging the collection.
We do not offer returns from the UK. If you have any questions, please contact our Customer Care Team at hello@badesofa.de.

For returns after delivery by freight forwarding, please contact our Customer Care Team at hello@badesofa.de. We do not offer free returns, but we are happy to assist you in arranging collection. Alternatively, you can return the goods to us using a freight provider of your choice.
We do not accept returns of used BADESOFAs. However, you are welcome to test your BADESOFA in the bathtub without water. This way, you can immediately see whether it provides the desired comfort for you. 
Please note that we have attached a hygiene tag to our products. This tag must still be on the product when returning it and indicates whether it has been in contact with water.
